"Suman brings her dedication, skill, and passion for bodywork to every healing session to facilitate your well-being. Having trained for eighteen years under the guidance of her spiritual teacher, renowned master yogi Baba Hari Dass, she has been a certified Ashtanga (8-limbed) Yoga instructor since 1994. She went on to receive a B.A. in Holistic Studies from Antioch University, while still traveling throughout India, Canada, and Nepal to further her studies. She returned to California for formal massage training at well-respected Twin Lakes College of the Healing Arts.
Suman brings both knowledge and intuition together in her lifelong dedication to the holistic healing arts. Being a singer and musician, as well as a holistic bodyworker fascinated by the connection between sound, vibration, prayer, thought, and intention, led her to incorporate the use of crystal singing bowls and ancient shamanic healing techniques into her practice, along with the traditional use of heart- and client-centered massage techniques and yoga breathwork to tap into the body's innate healing capabilities."
